Escaped Illinois for the warmer haunts of Fort Myers Beach Florida. Happened to be back in Chicago land for the Christmas and New Years holidays. Stopped in to see what we might find for a house rebuild in Florida after Ian. So glad we did large selection good prices and helpful staff also free customer parking check it out.

Decently price options for every price point. If you're looking for more bold colorful tile options you may not find that but there are great options for more neutral palettes.

If I could give zero stars.. I would. I had a terrible experience when working with the Tile Outlet. At first I was OBSESSED. Loved my beautiful tile that was just put in my very first house. Until I took ONE shower and it stained completely. Yes the tile was sealed (I took every precaution I could). After this I talked to a few sales associates and they had "no idea" how this could happen and "nothing they can do" Won't be recommending the tile outlet to ANYONE in the Chicagoland area. I am very disappointed.

Staff was Super Helpful with calculations on how much tile was needed for each style with the basic dimensions I shared. Very helpful with some insights to help me weigh out 2 options I was debating between. And of course loaded my purchase in my vehicle. Some items are priced below market, some are at market. Selection is mid range also. Not everything is the typical stuff you see everywhere. I am very pleased with my choices. I am excited to get it installed. I'll try to circle back with photos after.
